[ IMMERSION ] Anatomy Energetics + Chakras

The immersion for teachers on the chakras and the endocrine system explores the profound connection between these ancient energy centers and the body's hormonal network. Drawing from both anatomical and pranic framework participants will learn how each of the seven chakras aligns with specific endocrine glands, influencing physical, emotional, and spiritual health. For example, the root chakra corresponds to the adrenal glands, governing survival instincts, while the crown chakra connects to the pituitary gland, symbolizing higher consciousness. This integrative approach emphasizes balancing energy flow through movement practices and somatic awareness to regulate glandular function and overall well-being.

Through this course, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how stagnant energy in chakras can disrupt endocrine activity and lead to imbalance.

Participants will explore practical tools such as meditations, and asana to regain balance. New teachers will learn how to support both their own practice as well as their students.

This training is great for anyone wanting to understand trauma or for yoga teachers wanting to support clientele with TIC.

While our immersions are designed with yoga teachers in mind, everyone is welcome to join and will gain valuable insight from the experience.

Eunice Peterson, R.Psych., is a dedicated trauma integration specialist whose career centers on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of trauma from both systemic and neurobiological perspectives. Her approach emphasizes holistic healing, considering the interplay of mind, emotions, body and soul. Peterson’s work involves addressing family of origin issues, maladaptive attachment strategies and residual trauma through a comprehensive lens. Additionally, she explores the integration of Trauma-informed care (TIC) principles into yoga teaching, drawing on concepts like Steven Porges’ Polyvagal Theory to facilitate nervous system regulation. With a strong focus on self-reflection and personal growth, Peterson advocates for trauma-informed yoga practices that empower students, foster trust, and provide reparative experiences for healing.

[ WORKSHOP ] Wealthy & Well

Wealthy & Well is a 60-minute introductory workshop designed to help participants experience financial wellness with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

Two topics impact everyone, whether we are interested in them or not: health and money. Financial Yoga brings these worlds together through a grounded, wellness-first approach that helps participants understand both the practical and emotional sides of their financial life.

Our relationship with money is shaped by more than numbers. It is influenced by behaviour, beliefs, inherited patterns, nervous system responses, and the financial knowledge we have or have not been taught. In this class, Ryan John Jennings introduces the Financial Yoga philosophy and helps participants begin building a healthier, more empowered relationship with money.

This session includes guided financial education, a quality workbook, an erasable pen, seated reflection, nervous system regulation, and practical exercises. Participants will explore money beliefs, mindset, their current financial plan, personal goals, and the six pillars of financial planning.

Participants also receive access to the Financial Yoga platform and community, including resources to help them begin their base plan, capture goals and values around money, strengthen their abundance mindset, and access practical financial planning education.

This class is pure education, financial empowerment, and a calm first step toward building a stronger financial foundation.

[ EVENT ] Summer Solstice, In Full Bloom

In Full Bloom: A Somatic Ceremony of Expansion & Embodiment

After a season of planting seeds, summer opens into full bloom.

This summer solstice invites us into expansion, embodiment, and being seen in full expression. In nature nothing blooms in hiding, but visibility is often where the body contracts, where we shrink, soften, or turn away from our own radiance.
In Full Bloom is an invitation to explore that threshold through SOMAMVMNT, somatic meditation, reflection, and embodied inquiry.

We gather in the energy of the summer solstice to soften into expansion, reconnect with vitality and life force, and explore what it means to be visible without self-abandonment. A return to the body where visibility becomes safe enough to be lived, not performed, and to be seen in full bloom.

[ IMMERSION ] Finding Your Inward Balance

This module is about similarities and foundations required to build the strength and attention to be able to connect to postures. It’s not about completing a posture, in fact it’s not about the single posture at all.  It’s about building that foundation in your postural practice so that eventually the postures end up being attainable and embodied without force or injury.
We will spend the entire weekend observing different bodies enter these shapes and find modifications and variations for all of them. We will then be able to introduce them into our own practice or practices we facilitate with the correct cueing and hands on support.

[ WORKSHOP ] Neck, Shoulder, Jaw Release and Restore

Calm your overactive stress response and experience deep relief in this specialized workshop. Using therapy balls of varying sizes, we’ll unwind chronic muscular tension, fascial adhesions, and nervous system overload in the neck, shoulders, and jaw which are common sites of gripping and bracing that can lead to discomfort, fatigue, and broader imbalance.

We’ll work through the entire spine, shoulder girdle and arms, into the ribcage, jaw, and muscles of the face. The class takes place entirely on the floor, allowing your body to soften, open, and release. Free from the effort of upright posture, your nervous system can ease chronic holding patterns and begin to reset and recover.

Jennifer’s approach, refined over many years, can help interrupt patterns of neuromuscular constriction that contributes to persistent discomfort. The release techniques using therapy balls promote healthy circulation and mobility in chronically restricted tissues, reeducating your body’s natural movement and healing.

[ EVENT ] Breathe & Release with Maha Mahfou

This SOMA Breathwork Session is a guided journey designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and reset your nervous system.

We begin with gentle, intuitive movement to shake off stress and bring awareness back into the body.

From there, you’ll be guided into a grounding meditation, followed by rhythmic breathing patterns synchronized with music and supported breath holds.

This process helps calm the mind, support your body’s natural breathing efficiency, and create space for emotional release and mental clarity.

This session is ideal if you’re looking to:

• Release stress and emotional tension
• Feel more present and connected to your body
• Calm your mind and regulate your nervous system
• Improve energy and overall well-being

No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

Before You Arrive:

• Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe easily in

• Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session (a light snack is fine if needed)

• Bring water

• You may bring an eye mask for a more immersive experience (optional)

* Breath holds are optional if: you are pregnant - you have heart problems - you have a pace maker - you have Hernia.
Guidance will be provided.

[ IMMERSION ] Adjusts + Assists
May

to May 3

[ IMMERSION ] Adjusts + Assists

In the Asana Adjustments weekend workshops we will cover how to adjust postures in three forms: physical, verbal, and energetic. We will discuss how to hands on adjust the postures in a way that is unique to the individual and understands the underling anatomical implications. An adjustment needs of course the participants approval and is done in a way that suggests rather than directs. Intelligent adjustments are introduced that address the individual as just that, an individual in the moment.

Anatomical knowledge and awareness of the subtle energy and function of joints helps us to understand more clearly what physical aspects of the person's body are allowing or restricting the ability to do a pose. Observation allows us to see more clearly the physical aspect of the pose and what needs to change. The adjustment then delivers the feedback of what is observed so that the student can further explore the pose.
