Somae Somatic Sound Baths invite you to slow down and return to your body and breath. Guided by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, these sessions gently support nervous system regulation and create space for rest, connection, and ease. Through somatic stretching, breathwork, sound healing, and EFT tapping, you’ll be supported in softening, releasing tension, and reconnecting with a more grounded and calm state within.
