[ WORKSHOP ] Neck, Shoulder, Jaw Release and Restore

Calm your overactive stress response and experience deep relief in this specialized workshop. Using therapy balls of varying sizes, we’ll unwind chronic muscular tension, fascial adhesions, and nervous system overload in the neck, shoulders, and jaw which are common sites of gripping and bracing that can lead to discomfort, fatigue, and broader imbalance.

We’ll work through the entire spine, shoulder girdle and arms, into the ribcage, jaw, and muscles of the face. The class takes place entirely on the floor, allowing your body to soften, open, and release. Free from the effort of upright posture, your nervous system can ease chronic holding patterns and begin to reset and recover.

Jennifer’s approach, refined over many years, can help interrupt patterns of neuromuscular constriction that contributes to persistent discomfort. The release techniques using therapy balls promote healthy circulation and mobility in chronically restricted tissues, reeducating your body’s natural movement and healing.
