Cancelling class reservtions

If you are signed up for the first class of the day and can’t make it, you must cancel your booking online 10 hoursprior to the class to avoid a late penalty. For all other classes, the reservation must be cancelled a minimum of 4 hours before class begins to avoid a late penalty.

All cancellations must be made through your online account, and cannot be made over the phone or through email. Your class will be returned as credit on your account and will remain there for you to use towards your next booking.

If you haven’t cancelled your booking online within the specified time frames listed above, you will be charged as though you attended a class and the class will be deducted from your account. For members who hold a monthly membership, you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee on the credit card associated with your account.

 

Memberships

Refund requests for memberships will only be processed within 7 days of purchase.

Requests must be submitted via email and payments will be returned in the form of a credit on account of the full amount, less the drop-in fee for any classes taken & a 20% admin fee.

in the form of money refund with a 20% administration fee + the drop-in fee of any classes taken deducted.

*Memberships cannot be placed on hold for time off unless it’s a medical reason.


Pass Cards

Refund requests for pass cards will only be processed within 7 days of purchase and can only be returned if there were no passes used.

Drop ins

Drop-ins are non-refundable


workshops/ events/ immersions

Cancellation from a prepaid workshop/ event/ immersion with >30 days emailed notice is eligible for a full credit on account or a money refund less a 20% administration fee

Cancellation from a prepaid workshop/ event/ immersion with <30 days emailed notice may only receive a full credit on account less the 20% admin fee

There are no refunds or credits offered for no-shows without communication within one week of the workshop

In the event that the workshop/ event/ immersion is cancelled by the studio or facilitator - money refunds and account credits are guaranteed 


teacher training

Teacher training payments including the deposit are non-refundable, however if students are unable to complete the course, their payments are valid for one full year and may attend future courses.


retail

Studio credit will be issued for retail returns within 7 days with original receipt and with retail in original condition + tags still attached


holds

Auto-renew memberships may be placed on hold a minimum of 2 weeks at a time, a maximum of 4 weeks per year.

No holds for 6 or 12 month memberships.

Medical holds accepted, Doctor note is required.
