Yoga is an ancient Indian tradition that we humbly and gratefully practice to develop a deeper connection to self and to one another. At Passage, you’ll find practices rooted in union between breath and movement. From Hatha based practices, Hot Yoga, Yin and Restorative relaxations, our yoga studio is unique in its diverse range of offerings. Our heated classes are heated by Infrared Panels which heat your body from the inside out. Infrared heat is known to aid in muscle recovery, boost our immune system, increase circulation, detoxify and boost metabolism. VINYASA
Seated in the origins of traditional Hatha Yoga, vinyasa offers a creative expression of movement and breath designed to focus the mind and liberate the body. This style is known best for its ability to combine principles of meditation with dynamic - and sometimes challenging - movement. Suitable for practitioners of all levels willing to contribute effort and open-mindedness.
CORE
Your core self is central in carrying you through life on the day to day. Be it your physical or mental core - this integrative practice will welcome you into developing both. Challenge some of the most important stabilizing muscles in the body by lighting that inner fire and defining your intrinsic strength.
SOMAMVMNT
Integrate, activate and release with this creative somatic movement practice. SOMAMVMNT is a blend of intuitive vinyasa sequencing, primal cardio and somatic techniques along side high frequency beats and infrared heat. Designed to integrate your body and mind, activate your energy centers and release stores tension and trauma held within the Soma(body) this healing movement practice is guaranteed to leave you feeling embodied, empowered and connected to your mind, body and soul.

FLOW + SIT
The efforts of a flow class will get your energy flowing before seamlessly transitioning into the calming style of a restorative class. Leave the class feeling energized, worked, and calmly restored. The perfect balance of opposing yoga style, unified to create optimal benefits.
PASSAGE FLOW STATE
Step into a realm of vitality and energize your spirit in our Passage Flow State yoga class. This dynamic flow class blends the ancient art of yoga with rhythmic music, guiding you to a state of moving meditation.
The music in this class isn't just background noise. The playlists infuse the room with energy, creating a powerful ambiance that will inspire you.
INFRARED HOT
Our dedicated hot studio is equipped with Infrared Heat Panels.
Rather than cranking up the temperatures in studios with traditional forced air systems, infrared hot yoga uses heated panels to mimic the sun’s warmth. The radiant energy warms practitioners’ bodies and the floor rather than the surrounding air. Infrared heat directly penetrates tissues, muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate through a combination of increased circulation, oxygenation and detoxification.
Infrared radiation is incredibly useful for pain relief for minor injuries and chronic ailments.
FLOW
A moving mediation at heart, flow yoga combines principles of vinyasa yoga with the desire to achieve mental flow states through periods of consistent movement. Experience focus and fluidity as you move to realize strength and flexibility through rhythm and connection. No two class are alike - all levels welcome.
ASHTANGA
Ashtanga comes from traditional lineage of yoga that celebrates a consistent sequence from practice to practice. With a repetitive foundation, this practice provides opportunity for growth by fusing a strong standing and seated series with the powerful ujjayi breath. Brought to you by Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India – the consistency of this sequence will push you above and beyond perceived physical & emotional boundaries.
MYSORE
You will be taught a sequence of postures, one movement at a time, based on your individual needs, in a group setting – and you will become healthy, flexible and strong. As the body and mind becomes flexible and strong, more postures are given by the teacher. The idea of not becoming dependent is central to this practice. You learn and practice at your own pace.
Many students are seen to have some variations in their practices over time, what we call Applied Ashtanga, occasionally some exercises from students physiotherapists have been incorporated with Jeff's help into their personal practices.
Every posture is unique to an individual situation. Every position can be adjusted to accommodate your strengths, weakness, stiffness, or injuries.
[ CALM ] UNITY CLASS
Do a little yoga, do a little good. These weekly donation classes are taught by a different instructor each week & all proceeds go to various charities supported by the community. Minimum $5 donation.
MOBILITY UNLOCKED
Unlock your body's potential with our Mobility Classes! Experience sessions designed to increase your flexibility, joint mobility and overall movement patterns. Through a blend of stretching, targeted exercises, and mobility drills, you'll discover newfound freedom in your body's range of motion. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling more engaged with your own body, recognizing where your limitations become less hindering and you become more knowledgeable to your capabilities.
RESTORATIVE
A fully supportive practice perfect for all levels of practitioner looking for a deeply relaxing state of yoga with a therapeutic advantage. Utilize props, breathe, and mindful stillness to cultivate a level of physical awareness unparalleled by any other practice.
YIN
Yin yoga is an ancient tradition that utilizes longer holds to create profound changes within the deeper tissues of the body. Enhance mobility, improve energy flow, and evolve your mental focus with this beautiful slow practice designed for the accessibility of all levels of practitioner.
MORNING GLORY
Early morning activity presents a unique window into the body’s deeper potential while delivering a set stage for the rest of the day. Open your day with an early morning yoga flow style class that will invigorate with a compassion for the sleep-stiffened body. Start your day inspired.
SUNDAY SERVICE
Sunday Service is a strong Vinyasa class without much breakdown of postures so you can be led while trusting your own practice. This class moves; be ready to breathe and move in sync. Experience is advised for this class.
Vinyasa is breath synchronized movement. Classes integrate traditional and modified Sun Salutations that warm the body with more intricate postures weaved throughout the class. Move powerfully and rhythmically through strong and creative sequences and explore the vast potential of your strength and endurance. You will break a a sweat, and emerge from these classes with a calm energy.
MINDFUL POWER YOGA
Mindful Power Yoga offers a unique blend of slow, deliberate movements and powerful poses designed to challenge both the body and mind. In this class, participants are encouraged to move with intention, focusing on each breath and sensation as they integrate strength through a series of postures. Emphasizing mindfulness and presence, students explore their edge, finding stability in each pose while maintaining a deep connection to their inner selves. With a focus on alignment and awareness, this practice cultivates physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace, leaving practitioners feeling grounded, empowered, and rejuvenated. All levels welcome.
