The Spring Equinox marks a time of growth, renewal, and balance. In this somatic ceremony, we will ground deeply into our roots and plant seeds of intention for the season ahead.

As spring invites the emergence of vitality, warmth, and new life, we’ll use somatic breath, intentional movement, and inner parts work to clear the stagnation of winter, make space for what’s ready to grow, and rise into the energy of renewal.

Join us as we celebrate the turning of the season and welcome new growth within the body, the nervous system, and the self.
