Each month, near the full moon, we gather in somatic ceremony to move through body, breath, and shadow. This immersive journey weaves together guided somatic meditation, shadow work, SOMAMVMNT, breathwork, and felt-sense sound immersion. Rooted in somatic awareness, each ceremony is shaped by the energy of the current lunar cycle — join us in community to embody, integrate, and come home to the wisdom of the body.
Dress to move, bring a yoga mat, water bottle and pen.
