Sirsasana (headstand), pincha mayurasana (forearm stand) and adho mukha vrksasana (handstand) will all be explored and dissected so to find proper alignment and build confidence for your inversion practice and ability to teach them.
The focus will be on:
proper foundation and alignment
drills to strengthen the component parts of the inversion explored
looking at different ways to enter the inversions
how to come out or to fall out safely
Choose to see the world with a new perspective, one of strength, control and playfulness.
