Meditation + Mind Description and Course Outline
During this 15-hr training designed for both teachers and serious students we will explore the inner workings of mind along with four common styles of meditation taught that are used to catalyze the mind, and ultimately transcend the mind. In addition, we will look at teaching methodology as it pertains to each subsequent technique, hallmarks indicating a successful practice, as well as common hangups and how to work through them. This weekend training will be a good mixture of practical application along with supporting content, and ample time for practice teaching and group work.
