Somatic Healing is a mind-body, trauma informed approach to healing that addresses trauma and stress through somatic, cognitive and energetic techniques and practices in a safe and confidential environment.
Together, you and Lindsay will explore
- The role of your nervous system and understanding dysregulation
- Polyvagal Theory, your Vagus Nerve and the 4 responses to stress
- 5 core wounds, types of trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's)
- Understanding and identifying your triggers, limiting beliefs and unhealthy patterns, learning self regulations techniques.
- Exploring Blocked Emotions and Energy and the manifestation of illness and chronic pain
- Shadow Work and Inner Child Healing
- Working through and clearing past trauma using Somatic unfolding, processing
- Learning self regulation, building safety, resilience and boundaries.
- Building a toolkit of somatic practices for self regulation including movement, techniques, breathwork, meditation and more
