Building Emotional Fluency with Victoria Mitchell
In this workshop, we will explore the neurobiology of emotions and practice new ways of engaging with the part of you that feels. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic parts work, this experience blends education with embodied practice and guided meditation. You will leave with an improved capacity to handle tough emotions in a way that you are proud of. You will also foster your ability to reach for and amplify supportive emotions like joy, contentment, hope, excitement, love, and courage.
