Each session will include:

  • 10 min Movement lecture on how to lift properly- Points of Performance overview

  • 5min warm-up specifically tailored to the movements you will be doing for that session

  • 30min sweaty HIIT style workout

  • 5min cool-down

  • Program will cap at 5 people to accommodate questions, and one on one style training
