This 90-minute restorative class will be guided by Gord Desautels, and enhanced with mini massages provided by our Passage RMTs, Angie, Breanne & Ariffa. Each pose will be held for up to 10 minutes, giving the RMTs plenty of time to move between students providing mini-massages in each pose. The class is capped at 30 students.
