This 90-minute restorative class will be guided by Gord Desautels, and enhanced with mini massages provided by our Passage RMTs, Angie, Breanne, Colleen and Ariffa. Each pose will be held for up to 10 minutes, giving the RMTs plenty of time to move between students providing mini-massages in each pose. The class is capped at 38 students.
