In this special four-week registered session, you will develop a personal yoga practice and explore your journey into flexibility and strength in mind and body.
Mysore Style practice is a unique system that creates strength and resilience in a practitioner. The beauty of the Mysore method is its adaptability. Anyone can develop a meaningful practice regardless of their fitness level, stiffness, injuries, or experience. Practicing independently in a group setting, you will be taught directly by Jeff Lichty in a fun and engaging way.
What to expect:
Week 1: Understand how to start and finish your practice so you feel great!
Week 2: Build your tenacity in standing postures, add some balance work and poise.
Week 3: Develop grit with a simple back strengthening sequence
Week 4: Grow your confidence and establish a practice for life.
