Join Angie Ratcliff as she guides you in a Self-Compassion Skills training based on the work by Kristen Neff and Chris Germer. This workshop is designed to teach you skills based on the three components of self-compassion. Mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness.
Increased levels of self-compassion are positively correlated to increased happiness, connection, emotional resilience, adaptive coping skills and overall well-being. You can walk away from this workshop with specific strategies on how to speak to yourself in a kinder and less judgmental way as well as have more self-acceptance as a perfectly imperfect human.
