Devote one day to steeping yourself in the ancient teachings of Yoga Nidra. This sacred practice is known as the sleep of the yogi.
'Rare is the one who knows Yoga Nidra,That sleep which is conscious'
Everynight when you go to sleep you naturally connect with the divine energy pervaiding the whole cosmos; yet you have no awareness of this most profound connection.
Come explore, deepen, and realize what is possible when the inner awareness opens up consciously to the universal field.
What you receive will be based upon what you intend, and what is of highest good for yourself and others.
There will be 4 full length yoga nidra practices over the course of the day to optimize this most sacred connection.
All are so welcome.
