A 7-week, 100-hour advanced yoga training for teachers, healers, and dedicated practitioners who want to integrate somatic embodiment, trauma-informed practices, and the wisdom of the subtle body into their teaching and practice.

In this pioneering training, you’ll explore how energetics and somatics intersect to create deep transformation in yoga, healing, and life.

Guided by Harmony and Lindsay—international teachers and experienced practitioners—you’ll receive both the scientific understanding of the nervous system and the energetic maps of yoga philosophy to support trauma-informed, embodied, and soul-centered facilitation.

You will learn:

  • Somatic Embodiment: practices to regulate the nervous system, release emotional imprints, and restore balance and vitality.

  • Trauma-Informed Teaching Skill: language, cueing, and class design that empower choice and healing.

  • Energetics & the Subtle Body Education: koshas, chakras, nadis, and quantum fields as maps of transformation.

  • Emotional & Energetic Release Tools: somatic movement, breathwork, and energetic alignment.

  • Teaching Methodologies: sequencing, adjustments, and facilitation labs for safe, powerful classes.

  • Integration & Leadership: how to embody presence, lead with integrity, and create transformative experiences.

By the end of this training, you will have a deep understanding of how the body, nervous system, and subtle energy interact, along with practical tools to support yourself and others in sensing, moving, and working with the body’s intelligence and energy. You’ll leave with the confidence to teach somatic-based yoga practices, facilitate embodied experiences safely and effectively, and integrate these teachings into your personal practice and professional offerings.

This training is Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (100hrs) and is open to:

  • Yoga teachers seeking additional trauma-informed CEUs

  • Students wishing to deepen their personal practice

  • Yoga teachers working on attaining their 300 or 500 hour training credential

  • Coaches, healers, and guides wanting to integrate somatic + energetic tools into their work

Meet Your Instructors:

Lindsay Johnson — Lead Faculty: Somatic Healing & Trauma-Informed Facilitation

Lindsay Johnson is a Somatic Healer and 500hr E-RYT Yoga Teacher specializing in trauma-informed embodiment, nervous system regulation, and integrative healing. With over 20 years of experience, she weaves together somatic therapy, yoga, breathwork, and emotional release practices to help students come home to their bodies and reclaim their authentic power.

Trained with leaders such as Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, and Peter Levine, Lindsay bridges modern somatic science with ancient wisdom, offering a grounded and compassionate approach to transformation. Her method is rooted in body-based awareness, choice, and self-regulation, guiding students to release stored emotions, heal old wounds, and rediscover freedom within movement.

Through SOMAMVMNT and The Wild Body, Lindsay offers a space for embodied transformation — integrating somatic healing, movement, and self-discovery into a path of authentic wholeness.
