Somatic Sessions: Come Home To Your Body
Join Lindsay for a 5-week journey into nervous system health, emotional regulation, and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body.
Each session blends trauma-informed somatic practices, movement, breathwork, and nervous system education to help you release what your body holds, build capacity, and feel more at home in yourself.
In a safe space we’ll explore:
– The stress cycle, felt sense, and your window of tolerance
– How to regulate through movement, breath, interoception, and self-touch
– The role of fascia and emotion in fight, flight, freeze, and fawn patterns
– Tools for self-regulation, co-regulation, and shifting old coping habits
Come as you are. Leave with practical tools, a deeper connection to your body, and a stronger sense of internal safety.
You will need clothes to move in, water bottle, small notebook and pen
Lindsay is a 500hr ERYT with 20 years of teaching experiences and most recently certified in Somatic Breathwork, Trauma Therapy and Energy Center Healing.
