Understand how your body reacts to stress, overwhelm, and trauma and learn somatic techniques to move from survival mode into balance. This workshop blends movement breathwork, and embodiment to shift from reactive patterns to a grounded state of safety.
Week 1: Recognizing Fight/Flight vs. Freeze/Fawn in the Body
Week 2: Somatic Practices for Overwhelm & Anxiety (Fight/Flight)
Week 3: Releasing Numbness & Disconnection (Freeze/Fawn)
