Are backbends something you don't lean into when you're in your practice? Are you feeling tight, restricted or that backbends aren't for you? This resonates with many of us, but backbends are incredibly beneficial for the spine and longevity of your moving body. We can access these places with patience and time. From this workshop, you can cultivate opening from your heart space slowly, mindfully, with helpful cues to safely bring you into a variety of backbends.
