We are pleased to offer a 3 session workshop for runners! Three 75 minute classes will cover three phases of running support.
Session 1- recovery tools
Session 2- stability / mobility for improved movement and pre habilitation approaches
Session 3- strength exercises specific for runners.
Participants will be able to create a variety of programs through combination of the three phases. This will help cover all physical bases to maintain and improve running experience, performance and recovery.
This series is great for the avid runner and those that are just beginning.
