This 90-minute restorative class will be guided by Gord Desautels and enhanced with touch offered by one of three Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) or Acupuncturists trained in acupressure and meridian massage. The class will focus on opening the meridians associated with the summer season: the heart, pericardium, small intestine, and triple burner. The RMTs will be offering a combination of acutonics (tuning fork vibration over an acupoint), acupressure (gentle compression of an acupoint) and meridian massage. Poses will be held for up to 10 minutes, giving the RMTs plenty of time to offer touch to every student in every pose.

The class is capped at 30 students.

Students must register in advance (no walk-ins).
