Full Moon Ceremony

Facilitator Brenda Rooney / Date July 5th / Time 6:30 - 8:30 pm / Cost $29 + gst

We can choose to let go and shift on any day of our life. Our commitment to this becomes radically more potent in ceremony and when we utilize the power of the moon. Our evening together will consist of breath work, yoga, movement and meditation to not only align with the moon and her energy but also to discover our deeper self. All will be in preparation to begin to release what no longer serves us. *Please bring a journal and pen as well as something to contribute to our circle/alter.
