Any effective movement practice is largely designed around fine-tuning the functionality
of the human spine. Back-bends, if performed improperly, are among the leading cause of injuries and personal stagnation within the modern yoga community. However, if performed properly, back-bending and improving overall spinal mobility can bring profound
physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits.
Over the course of these 6 weeks, we will take a closer look at the fundamentals of back-bending and practice effective development and manipulation of the human spine. Intelligent Spine is appropriate for all levels and very highly recommended.
