The mind is a beautiful ally if we can learn to understand it and its various functions. We all have the innate capacity for peace, awareness, sensitivity and happiness, however, at times the ego can take over and create feelings of depression, doubt and delusions. In this series you will explore the facets of the mind and discover how you can maintain mastery over the mind so that it is working for you, not against you. During this eight week Kundalini yoga series of specialized kriyas and meditations focused to bring you into your highest awareness, you will build a strong relationship with your mind so that you are living as your truest self.
