This summer solstice invites us into expansion, embodiment, and being seen in full expression. In nature nothing blooms in hiding, but visibility is often where the body contracts, where we shrink, soften, or turn away from our own radiance.
In Full Bloom is an invitation to explore that threshold through SOMAMVMNT, somatic meditation, reflection, and embodied inquiry.

We gather in the energy of the summer solstice to soften into expansion, reconnect with vitality and life force, and explore what it means to be visible without self-abandonment. A return to the body where visibility becomes safe enough to be lived, not performed, and to be seen in full bloom.
