Nicole is a Calgary-based yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in Depth Psychology and Somatics. Her classes include slow, deep, purposeful movements and introspection, enveloped in teachings from Jungian psychology and lived experience. Students are encouraged to safely move deeper into their bodies and psyches in an effort to create some small inner shift or moment of clarity. When she’s not teaching yoga, she’s encouraging greater consciousness from organizations as a full-time brand strategist.

Yin + Restore
7:45 pm – 9:00 pm
With the support of candlelight, we’ll move gently into the dark depths of our body and soul through long-held yin stretches and restorative poses. Mindfulness, psychology, philosophy and music are woven throughout the practice to encourage greater embodiment and presence. All levels and bodies welcome.
