My mat has [almost] always felt like home. Although I was initially drawn to yoga solely for the physical benefits of the practice, over time it has evolved into an invitation for humility, surrender, self-inquiry, and self-love. It has become a space to explore, play, create, and uncover and a practice of returning to what truly matters.

I love to teach from that which is found within my personal practice: creative and fluid movement with permission for freedom of expression, patience and intention while building strength through mindful transition, and a request for awareness of the Self, the body, the breath.

Every practice offers us the opportunity to pay attention to the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs we carry with us—the ones that determine the way we see the world around us and within us. And within this awareness, we are gifted the circumstance to choose our way forward.

Trust where you are, be patient for what follows.
