My name is Danny and I’m an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and movement enthusiast. I spent the last 10 years living in Toronto and the GTA and have since moved home to Calgary. During my time in the east, I completed a four- and half-year program to receive my Master of Practice diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences.
The degree was part of an insatiable curiosity of better understanding movement and biomechanics as well as processes of rehabilitation and prehabilitation along the spectrum of movement capacity. Along this journey, I discovered the Functional Range Systems and become certified in three of their programs- Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Assessment and KINSTRETCH.
PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Focused on 3 main goals, which are closely interrelated and acquired simultaneously. We build flexibility, body control and strength by exploring how the body is anatomically designed to move.
We remove the concept of ‘good’ or ‘bad’ form and encourage exploration of strength in as many positions as possible in order to truly encourage health and resiliency.
This unique approach helps transition between the spectrum of rehab and prehabilitation to decrease or remove pain, improve sport performance and encourage better quality of life!
