Eunice Peterson, R.Psych., is a dedicated trauma integration specialist whose career centers on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of trauma. Her approach emphasizes holistic healing, considering the interplay of mind, emotions, body and soul.
Jeff Lichty is a former flight paramedic with STARS and Calgary EMS. He has an intimate understanding of trauma and PTSD. And, with over 20 years of study with India’s yoga and meditation masters, he has an experiential understanding of how Yoga integrates with trauma.
This training is great for anyone wanting to understand trauma or for yoga teachers wanting to support clientele with Trauma-Informed care.
While our immersions are designed with yoga teachers in mind, everyone is welcome to join and will gain valuable insight from the experience.
