This SOMA Breathwork Session is a guided journey designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and reset your nervous system.
We begin with gentle, intuitive movement to shake off stress and bring awareness back into the body.
From there, you’ll be guided into a grounding meditation, followed by rhythmic breathing patterns synchronized with music and supported breath holds.
This process helps calm the mind, support your body’s natural breathing efficiency, and create space for emotional release and mental clarity.
This session is ideal if you’re looking to:
• Release stress and emotional tension
• Feel more present and connected to your body
• Calm your mind and regulate your nervous system
• Improve energy and overall well-being
No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Before You Arrive:
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe easily in
• Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session (a light snack is fine if needed)
• Bring water if you’d like to stay hydrated
• You may bring an eye mask for a more immersive experience (optional)
* Breath holds are optional if: you are pregnant - you have heart problems - you have a pace maker - you have Hernia.
