Meghan completed her advanced 500-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Passage. Although she had practiced at various studios, it was her first class at Yoga Passage that truly resonated, sparking her decision to further her teacher training there and deepening her connection to the studio.
Since then, Meghan has explored a range of teaching styles, with a natural draw toward dynamic, breath-led flow. Her classes offer creative, fluid sequences designed to build heat, strength, and presence while staying anchored in mindfulness.
Meghan first fell in love with yoga for the internal calm it brought to her physical practice, and has since come to value how that feeling carries into everyday life. She hopes to guide students toward that same sense of balance and reflection both on and off the mat.
As an elementary school teacher, Meghan also loves sharing yoga with children. That experience brings a gentle, caring energy into her classes and a genuine intention to help people feel comfortable, supported, and at ease in their practice.
