Kristin Jostad is a dedicated yoga instructor with a passion for creating transformational experiences on and off the mat. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she combines her deep knowledge of Vinyasa flow, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness to guide students through practices that build strength, resilience, and inner calm.

Kristin's approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a powerful tool for connection, self-discovery, and healing. Known for her dynamic yet accessible teaching style, Kristin encourages her students to explore their edges while honoring their unique needs. Her classes weave creative sequences with purposeful breath awareness, fostering a sense of empowerment and presence.

Beyond the studio, Kristin finds inspiration in the mountains and her commitment to personal growth. Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, Kristin offers a supportive and enriching space to explore your inner source of knowing. Having studied with globally known teachers such as Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Dana Flynn, Mark Stephens, and Janet Stone, her teaching technique is rooted in the vinyasa tradition.  

She is continuously expanding her education, always considering herself a student first, to be able to offer her own students different perspectives as we all grow.  Her love for yoga began as an interest in body movement. What has kept her attention is the revealing of personal truth from within.
