KRISTEN WILLIAMS
For Kristen, yoga began as a purely physical practice, but it wasn’t long before she began noticing subtle changes in mind and spirit. As she cultivated principles on the mat, Kristen realized how transformative the practice of yoga truly is; and simply fell in love with it all.
Kristen completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Passage Studios, and ever since, the community has held a very dear space in her heart. She is immensely grateful to Kristin, Tracy, Carol and Tanis for their influence, wealth of knowledge and support as she ventured into the world of teaching. There are many other talented and inspiring people she is thankful to have encountered along her journey and she is truly passionate about continually expanding and exploring her practice, while weaving her experience into her offerings.
Simply put, Kristen finds joy in movement and she loves to share that joy with others through unique and thoughtful sequences that invite you to free your mind as you flow with your breath.
